London: Two people killed in a stabbing incident, an attacker also died from a police bullet

Two people have died in a stabbing incident on the London Bridge in central London. Also, the suspected assailant has also died due to police firing.

A few hours after the incident, in Holland’s city of The Hague, according to local police, at least one person was injured and then absconded after being attacked by a man in a departmental store. According to the police, the age of the attacker was 40-50 years. Police are looking for the attacker.

However, the attacker involved in the incident on London Bridge has been identified by the police. According to the police, the name of the attacker is Usman Khan, whose age is about 28 years. Usman Khan was out of jail on bail.

The London Metropolitan Police has called this attack a ‘terrorist incident’.

The BBC’s John McManus was present at the scene. He told that a group of men was fighting on the bridge. He told that when the police came, he opened fire on the man.

McManus told BBC News Channel that he was going from South Bank to North Bank on London Bridge just a few minutes ago.

Noah Bodner, who was caught in a restaurant at London Bridge, told BBC News Channel, “A crowd of people was coming in and everyone was sneaking under the table.”

They told that the manager came running to close the door and asked the staff to move ahead of the restaurant.
