After Gulabo-Sitabo, Alia-Sanjay Dutt’s ‘Sadak 2’ can also be released on digital platform

New Delhi Due to the applicable lockdown in the country, many film makers are gradually planning to release their films on the OTT platform. Recently, on 12 June, Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana’s ‘Gulabo-Sitabo’ has been released on Amazon Prime Video. Now there are reports of a new film being released on the OTT platform.

According to the news, Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt’s film ‘Road 2’ may be released on the OTT platform. According to reports, ‘Road 2’ may be released on Disney + Hotstar. However, no official announcement has been made about this yet. Earlier there were also reports about ‘Lakshmi Bom’ and Ajay Devgan’s ‘Bhuj the Pride of India’ that these two films could be released on Disney + Hostar.

Apart from these films, the online release of Jahnavi Kapoor’s ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’ and Vidya Balan starrer ‘Shakuntaladevi’ have also been decided. Vidya’s ‘Shakuntaladevi’ will be released on Amazon Prime Video. Jahnavi Kapoor’s ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’ will be released on Netflix. However, the release dates of both the films have not been revealed yet.

Apart from these films, some similar things are being done about films like ‘Big Bull’, ‘Lootcase’, ‘Shiddat’, ‘Mimi’ and ‘Dil Bechara’. According to the news, Hotstar has tied up with several films, including these. The series is expected to continue until theaters open.
