All new Tata Safari 2021: Booking of the new Tata Safari has already started.
It is being produced at the company’s Pune plant. 2021 Tata Safari Launched: Tata Safari, the popular SUV of Tata Motors, was launched in a new avatar on 22 February.
The starting price of the new safari has been kept at Rs 14.69 lakh.
In the Indian market, it will compete in its segment Mahindra XUV500 and MG Hector Plus.
At the Auto Expo 2020, Safari was showcased with the Gravitas code name.
The new Tata Safari is being produced at the company’s Pune plant. Recently, Tata Motors showed its first glimpse.
The company had a flag of ceremonies at its Pune plant to introduce the first unit of Safari.
Pre-booking of the new Safari has already started.
It can be booked by paying token money of Rs 30,000 at the company’s dealerships.
This SUV will launch 6 variants which include XE, XM, XT, XT +, XZ and XZ + variants.
2021 Tata Safari: Engine, Power, and Transmission
Safari is a 7 seater version of the Harrier. The 2021 Safari will get the same engine and transmission as the Harrier.
The new Safari will have a 2.0 liter, 4 cylinders, turbocharged diesel engine. It produces 170hp power and 350Nm torque.
A 6-speed manual or automatic transmission can be found. The new Tata Safari will not have all-wheel drive or 4 wheel drive.
New safari: model and price
Tata Motors has introduced the new Safari in 6 variants.
Its initial price ranges from Rs 14.69 lakh to Rs 21.25 lakh, Ex-showroom Delhi.
The company has launched an adventure edition,
whose showroom Delhi price is 20.20 lakhs for the manual version and 21.45 lakhs for automatic.
2021 Tata Safari: Interior & Exterior
The new Safari from the front has Eyebrow LED DRLs like the Harrier.
The main headlamp is under the bumpers.
It has 18-inch alloy wheels. It is long and tall.
Talking about the cabin of the new Safari, most of its design is like the Harrier.
What makes it different from the Harrier is the Oyster white-themed interior and features such as ash wood dashboard,
wireless charging, electric parking brake, powered driver seat.
Safety features will include electronic stability control and 6 airbags.
A Tire pressure monitor can be found in the top trim.
The new Safari has an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system,
which supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
It has a digital instrument cluster with an analog speedometer.
The new Safari will support Tata’s iRA connected car technology.
Panoramic sunroof has been given in some top specification models.
