After which the ‘Enforcement Directorate’ started investigating the case of money laundering against the actress.

NCB arrested Riya Chakraborty, Shauvik Chakraborty, Sushant’s manager, servants, and some drug paddlers in the drugs case related to the ‘Sushant case’.

Sushant Case- NCB filed a 30,000-page charge sheet in a session court, Indrajit Singh –
NCB’s zonal director Sameer Wankhede has filed this charge sheet in the sessions court.
About 30,000 pages of technical evidence have been included in the charge sheet of about 30,000 pages.
According to the information,
a total of 33 people have been nominated in the charge sheet.
The list of accused includes the names of Riya Chakraborty’s close, Sushant’s staff members, and several drug peddlers.
The five accused have been declared absconding.
The statements of 200 witnesses have also been included in this charge sheet.
The special thing is that the statements of Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, and Shraddha Kapoor have also been included in this charge sheet.
The NCB has also informed in its charge sheet that the drug test was also found positive of all the accused from whom the drugs were recovered.
The NCB claims that the digital evidence submitted by the agency is included in the CDRs.
This charge sheet has been prepared on the basis of the recovery of drugs,
the forensic report of electronic devices, statements of witnesses from some of the accused.
There are also reports quoting NCB sources that after three months of this main charge sheet,
NCB can also present a supplementary charge sheet in the court.
Which may include the names of actresses Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor.
Against them, the NCB found any evidence, which is still under investigation.
