” JMM’s taunt on PM Modi’s announcement of free vaccine, late wisdom
Jharkhand’s ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has taken a jibe
at PM Narendra Modi’s announcement of providing free corona vaccine to the states.
JMM General Secretary Supriyo Bhattacharya, who has been continuously raising its demand, said that the Prime Minister is not giving any gifts.
Of late, the central government has got good sense.
What was the problem with the Prime Minister announcing it on 19th April itself.
There was a separate provision in the Union Budget for the vaccine.
It was demanded by all the states. When the Supreme Court also took a tough stand on this, they had to take this decision.
Even in this, the Prime Minister could not give up the greed of giving 25 percent vaccine to private hospitals.
He also put Jharkhand state BJP leaders in the dock and said that earlier these people were ridiculing the demand for free vaccine.
It is expected that the BJP leaders of the state will remember their statement.
Earlier, he had also ridiculed for bringing migrant workers by train and airplane.
Congress welcomed the announcement of free vaccine, sought expenditure from the Center Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee
President cum State Finance and Food Supplies Minister Dr. Rameshwar Oraon said that after massive pressure from Congress party,
media campaign and Supreme Court’s comments,
the central government has decided to provide free vaccine to all the countrymen.
The party welcomes this and also demands that the Central Government should also compensate the financial burden incurred
on the State Governments in providing free covid-19 vaccine to the people in the age group of 18 to 44 till now.
