About 20,000 bikers reach this festival and a variety of premium bike brands are also present under one roof. The official partner of India Bike Week is KTM and for this reason bikes of the KTM brand will be present here. Also, Husqvarna brand will be debuted.
KTM’s eagerly awaited 390 Adventure is being introduced in India today. The Austrian bike manufacturer is also going to offer a small surprise, which means that the company can offer its 250 ADVs. In both motorcycles, the company will offer the same engine, which is available in the streetfighter of KTM. However, the biggest change will be in its engine which will be equipped with Euro 5 / BS6 standards. The 390 ADV will be powered by a 373cc single-cylinder engine, which generates 44PS of power and 37Nm of torque. The same engine is given in 390 Duke and RC 390.
In addition, the 250 ADV will be given a 248.8cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine similar to the one we see in the 250 Duke. This engine generates power of 29.91 PS and torque of 24 Nm. Apart from the adventure twins, KTM India can also present its 1290 Super Duke at Bike Week. Apart from this, Husqvarna 401s can also be debuted during India Bike Week.
Husqvarna was bought by KTM in 2013 and all the bikes of this company are manufactured on the basis of Duke and RC range. These bikes take on an urban-retro design theme. In the Indian market, the Husqvarna brand will be offering its 401 motorcycles, which will include Vitpilen and Svartpilen.
These bikes will be given a 373 cc single-cylinder engine which is available in the KTM 390 Duke. However, the company will give the design language in these bikes that such a round LED headlamp, flat seat and a new fuel tank will be given. Apart from this, it will be given USD Front Forks, Rear Monoshock Suspension, Brembo Brakes and etc. The most important thing is that the company will offer these bikes along with the BS6 engine.
Triumph Motorcycles has launched its Muscular Performance Roadster Bike Rocket 3 R in India. It is 40 kg lighter than the current model. Its ex-showroom price is Rs 18 lakhs. In this, you get a powerful engine of 2,500 cc. Its look is quite aggressive and bold.
However, the company has not yet any information about its sale. In such a situation, it is expected that the company can start its sales in India in the first half of next year. In this, you get four riding modes for better riding experience. These include Road, Rain, Sport and Rider. The Performance-Rocket 3 R has a 2,458 cc inline 3-cylinder, water-cooled, DOHC engine for power. Its engine generates a maximum power of 167 PS at 6000 rpm and torque of 221 NM at 4000 rpm. Its engine is equipped with a 6-speed gearbox with hydraulic torque-assist culture.
