Sahir Raza, director of The Married Woman, told how difficult it was to shoot a kissing scene on Riddhi and Monica Dogra?

New Delhi Alt Balaji and Zee5’s web series The Married Woman is releasing on 8 March on International Women’s Day. The series will feature Riddhi Dogra and Monica Dogra in the lead roles. The Married Woman is basically the story of a married woman who is looking for herself. A kissing scene has also been shot on Riddhi and Monica in the web show, about which director Sahir Raza talked about how difficult it was to shoot the scene and he shot it with confidence in both actresses.

Usually actresses are not comfortable for kissing scenes. Sahir says- “We had a workshop with him (Riddhi and Monica) and then we had a very open-ended conversation with him about some specific scenes. We wanted to make these scenes comfortable for him and ask him Asked us to suggest things that make them feel comfortable. ”

Sahir further states that both actresses told us that they would like to do this on a quiet and closed set with a small unit. We had a conversation about its creative aspect and neither of them had any hesitation. She understood that she was playing some roles and was mentally prepared for that. Rather, he made this shoot extremely comfortable for all of us. He is a talented and professional artist. Both of them have added a lot of nuances to this scene. ”
The Married Woman’, based on Manju Kapoor’s book, is an urban relationship drama that talks about women and society finding themselves in the shadow of the restrictions imposed on them. The web series will feature actors like Imad Shah, Divya Seth Shah, Nadira Babbar and Suhas Ahuja. The series is produced by Ekta Kapoor.
