Bollywood Drugs Probe: NCB interrogates TV actress Abigail Pandey and boyfriend Sanam Johar

New Delhi, JNNL TV actress Abigail Pandey and her boyfriend Sanam Johar have been called by the NCB for questioning. Television actress Abigail Pandey and boyfriend choreographer Sanam Johar are grilling the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) drugs case. The popular couple who appeared together in the show Nach Baliye have reached the NCB office and it is reported that they are being asked questions about the Bollywood-drug Nexus case.

It is reported that this morning the house of Abigail Pandey and Sanam Johar was raided by NCB. After the raid, the couple were called to the NCB office for questioning. The names of several Bollywood actors have surfaced after the NCB began investigating the alleged drug racket in the film industry. During the investigation, the names of Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Diya Mirza have also come in the news. Dia Mirza, however, denied taking drugs in a statement posted on social media.

Sources close to NCB said that Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor are going to be called soon for questioning by NCB. Abigail Pandey has been a part of many TV shows. She will soon be seen opposite Sanam Johar in ‘Tujhse Hai Rabta Spin-Off’. The series will soon start streaming on Zee 5. The revelation of Deepika Padukone’s relationship with the drug nexus in Bollywood recently came to light after Deepika’s name was found in a WhatsApp chat during an investigation by NCB. The agency has also recovered Deepika’s WhatsApp chat with Karishma Prakash, an employee of Kwan Agency.

Karishma Prakash was summoned by the NCB on Tuesday. However, he requested the agency to record his statement after 25 September as he is not well. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his residence in Mumbai on 14 June. His girlfriend and actress Riya Chakraborty has been arrested by the NCB for procuring drugs for the late actor. The case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death is currently being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as well. The NCB and Enforcement Directorate are conducting their separate investigations in the drug and money-laundering case respectively.
